Danisco strengthens its activities in Africa by the acquisition of the South African Research Solutions which is supplier of customised ingredients solutions, in particular to the dairy industry. The price has not been disclosed. »With this acquisition we are creating a new centre of excellence for Danisco’s dairy and frozen desserts activities in Sub-Saharan Africa,« said Vice President Søren Olsen, Systems, Danisco.
