Another huge contract for FLSmidth

The industrial company FLSmidth has received another big order in Mongolia, this time worth DKK 640 million.
FLS is to supply a greenfield cement plant. The Mongolian company Mongolyn Alt (MAK) Group has placed the order, and the plant will be located some 330 kilometres from the capital city Ulaanbaatar, FLSmidth wrote in a stock exchange announcement.
“FLSmidth will deliver all equipment, engineering and commissioning for the cement plant, which will have a capacity of 3,000 tonnes per day.
CEO Jørgen Huno Ramussen announced an order earlier this week. And the last time FLS received an order for Mongolia was December 23, 2011, when the order was for the supply of a greenfield copper concentrator for one of MAK’s mines.
