SAS divests shareholding in Skyways

SAS Group has sold its shareholding of 19.9 per cent in Skyways Holding to Largus Holding AB which already owns the remaining 80.1 per cent of the company.
The transaction creates a capital loss for SAS Group of approximately SEK 40 million.
