NeuroSearch expects in 2010 a loss before financials and other shares of results in the region of DKK 400 million, the company wrote in its financial statement for 2009.
The biotechnology group posted a loss before financials of DKK 355.8 million for 2009, which was on a level with the forecast of a loss of DKK 350 million.
Consolidated revenue was DKK 84.6 million compared to DKK 66.8 million for 2008.
The loss before taxes amounted to DKK 331.2 million compared to a loss of DKK 415.9 million in 2008, and the loss after tax amounted to DKK 287.1 million compared to a loss of 382.0 million the previous year.
The group’s research expenses for 2009 amount to DKK 217.0 million compared to 216.8 million in 2008. The company’s total capital resources including unused credit facilities, etc., totalled DKK 967.6 million after DKK 481.5 million the previous year.
